Year number seven! Pason is proud to announce that we have been included in Alberta's Top Employer list for the seventh year.

Alberta's Top Employers is an annual competition that recognizes Alberta-based companies that lead the way in offering exceptional places to work. Employers who apply for the award are compared to similar organizations within their industry, identifying the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. Pason was featured in the Calgary Herald as a highlighted winner this year. Heather, VP of Human Resources, is quoted in the article as saying, “One of the things about receiving this recognition each year is it really helps showcase our great workplace culture.”

At Pason, we take pride in providing an environment for employees that emphasizes work-life balance, respect, and encouragement to be innovative and push the envelope.

We want our employees – commonly referred to around the office as Pasonites – to succeed at work and in life. Pason offers Taxable Wellness and Healthcare Spending accounts, so Pasonites can have the flexibility to use their benefits in a way that works for them.

We also emphasize a social atmosphere and organize regular barbecues, events and volunteer opportunities for employees to get to know each other in a different environment. We often take photos at these regular events and post them on our company intranet, the Connector, where Pasonites can access company news, health and wellness documents, and pertinent information about safety and sustainability. The Connector recently underwent a makeover and was re-launched in early 2024 to give employees a new and improved experience, making it a more straightforward platform for everyone.
